There are many things a future teacher often does not know. This is 15 Essentials that a future teacher has noticed from a semester in a 3rd grade classroom. There are so many ideas, values, and rules that every teacher, new and old, could have learned from these students and the mentor teacher. These are the 15 most important that will continue into my future classroom, and hopefully, be used in other classrooms.
