This book, celebrating 1 Year of Surry Lodge Boarding house, is dedicated to the most beautiful owners, Mark and Sharon. They have been very compassionate, understanding, graceful and incredibly supportive throughout many trials and learning experiences, which is why Surry Lodge has been so successful in excelling well above similar boarding houses.
The house has been fully occupied for around 95% of the full year, which is a fantastic feat.
Residents, and prospective residents have continually commented on how beautiful the house is, and how it surpasses the standard of other similar houses they have inspected.
Mark and Sharon have done an excellent job, and this book celebrates their efforts as a joint venture they can truly be proud of.
It was, and is, an absolute honour and pleasure to manage this house for such a gracious and meek couple.

My name is John, and I was aged 42 at the time of publishing this book. I have two amazing children, Andy 21 and Jenny 19. I was born in Sydney Women's hospital in 1975, but I was mostly raised in Emu Plains and Lithgow, although my heritage is Egyptian. I love playing chess and my hobbies are model Trains and aeroplanes. Managing Surry Lodge boarding house had inspired me to venture into Realestate and Property Management.I had done many jobs over the years including, Train Driving, Training instructor and operations manager with RailCorp, and Primary school teaching. Currently, I am exploring the prospect of Driving Buses with State Transit, and I will see what comes of Entering into Property Managing and selling Real Estate.
