Roxie’s life stinks. She’s bullied, teased, and picked on just because of her last name, which is just shameful. But something happens when she meets a certain someone that flips her life upside down, in good and bad ways.
On a pretty June day, Lucas didn’t expect his life would change forever. All he wanted to do was walk to school, but no, Lucas had to drive with his Secret Service agents. When he was being forced into the limo, Lucas escapes into the White House where he runs into Roxie.
Together, Roxie and Lucas need to figure out the mystery that ties them together and fast. This mystery includes the President of the United States of America, Lucas’s father, an attempted kidnapping, and a lie that lingers at the end of it all.
Roxie and Lucas will have to think fast and work together, whether they like to or not.
