This book educates children about the magnificent sea turtle. It teaches them about the 6 different species of sea turtles in the United States of America, their life cycle, threats to the sea turtles and includes tips on how they can help save the sea turtles. Theresa Quinn Del Vecchio fell in love with writing as a child. Although, she typically writes children's fiction books she was completely amazed by the sea turtles at the Essex County Turtle Back Zoo.
