This book explains to parents why it's important in some situations to explain to children. It explains how it's not a means of giving up power to children, but it's giving them a better understanding of the consequences of their behaviors.

I love writing. I find therapy and comfort in writing. I have an Associates in Early Childhood Education. I was a teacher assistant for 4 years and than I transferred over to become a paraprofessional all within the same company. This position leaves me more room to work with the children in my school who have special needs. In my position I am also available to work more one on one with my students. I have a BA in Criminal Justice and I am now pursuing my Master's in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Analysis. I have no children of my own, but I am now helping to raise my niece, nephews and two stepdaughters. I enjoy being with my family, children give me so much inspiration. My passion is working with children. To get from them something the world never knew they had ~ uniqueness and creativity. I believe that every child has the ability to learn, they just have to be provided with that platform to allow them to.
