Billy Bob wants to go outside and ride his bike with his friends. His mom tells him he cant until he cleans his room. Billy Bob doesn't want to clean his room so he throws a hissy fit but that doesn't work. He finally cleans his room and gets to go ride bikes with his friends. He learns to always wear his gear the hard way!
