Terra's parents just died in a car crash on a dark, stormy night. She doesn't know what to do. When visiting one of her old haunts before she goes to live with her aunt, she comes across a stone shaped like an eagle. She tries to pick it up, when suddenly she gets wings and a beak and becomes an eagle. Now she must join the world of birds of prey and fight Blood Talon, the bringer of death and terror.
