Kae has lived a quiet (and somewhat brutal) life in Kyoko, Japan. When a strange boy comes to town, weird things start to happen. He also claims he knows her! People start to claim to have the blood being sucked out of them, and they immediately start to blame the new boy! When Kae sticks up for him, they start to blame her too. She needs to find out what's going on, and more importantly, what this guy's secret is. And when she does, her life will never be the same..........
