James Wheeler would like to share History of his Great great great grandfather. Charles H. Spencer who served in the civil war with the 12th Wisconsin Light Battery. James has done ten years research looking back into history. His travels have included visits to Georgia,Tennessee,and Wisconsin which have taken him to Battle Fields where Charles fought and further exploits as Charles and the Army of the Tennessee traveled through the deep south.
