John McCullough is a retired Deputy Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and former prison warden. He holds bachelors degree from Ursinus College and a Masters of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College School of Social Work. His two other publications are "Managing Correctional Crises," and "B Block North: Four Years in a Therapeutic Community."
