The Bookemon Book Project is a culminating project that includes all content students have learned up to this point in the school year. First, students completed the writing portion of the project. Then, students peer reviewed each other's work and gave each other feedback. Once they received their feedback, students made corrections to their writing. Finally, students used Bookemon to create their own pages in a "class yearbook."
Each student received 2 pages in the class yearbook. The first page includes their names, ages, physical descriptions, and character/personality traits. The second page describes their likes and dislikes. There is a section at the end of the book that includes class superlatives. The class decided which superlatives they wanted to include in their book. Then they used a survey to vote for their classmates. Finally, students collaborated to create this section of the book.
