This book is about the beautiful wildflowers found on the meadows and tundra from the subalpine to the alpine zones in Colorado. The book shows the hardy plants that thrive in the cold and extreme weather as well as the views of the surrounding mountains.

Vien has a degree in Architecture, worked on infrastructure projects for years, as well as other jobs not related to her chosen career. Besides being an avid reader and gardener, she is a creative person, decorating and crafting when time permits. She also loves travelling and hiking with her husband - an outdoor enthusiast. They like discovering new places, historical towns and amazing natural wonders.
Travelling led her into writing books, not only to share their experience with family and friends but also to share the knowledge they learned from travelling.
Some of the most beautiful wildflowers can be found in the Subalpine and Alpine zones. Not everybody can see them, unless you are an avid hiker like us. In this book you will have a glimpse of what is up there, not only the wildflowers, but also the amazing views.
