This is the first book in series introducing athletes with a disability to sport of Power Soccer.
In 2010's, power wheelchair soccer gained popularity with new teams forming across USA and whole new generation of athletes participate in regional competitions. In 2012, a sport specific chair was designed and is carrying the momentum to international competition level. Promoting the sport of PowerSoccer though my own experiences!
As an athlete with a disability, my fatigue limits my opportunities to play in typical kid sports. My mitochondria can't keep up the energy demands for everyday activity, so when I do activity like a running sport, I could end up doing harm to my body or organs.
