Good relationship is an important factor in having a successful teamwork within a group. In school, we are a group. We are not just a mere public servant; we are a family. The efficacy of our work depends on how we are related and connected to each other. We should develop a meaningful and rightful relationship.
Leadership is not an easy responsibility; it is a tough task for the tough people. How much more in the school set up, that is why this book was written, so that the school will give time to ponder so as to reflect and start to break the ice of awkwardness and start the good relationship among school leaders and be an example to others. In this book, we will learn a lot how a good relationship contributed a deep impact to colleagues, students, and schools.
As leaders, we must start leading by serving. Not all has given the chance to lead, but all has the chance to serve.

Marvin Pertez Vasquez is in this vocation since 2015. He is 33 years old. He graduated in Southern Baptist School of Theology major in Christian Education and Counseling, Makati, Manila. He also took up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English in Cavite State University – Cavite City. He continued his studies in Philippine Christian University – Dasmariñas and graduated with the course Master’s of Management major in Educational Management.
He is currently pursuing his doctorate in the same school with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management. He published his first book entitled A Life Beyond Pandemic just this year also.
He is currently teaching Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao and English in Noveleta National High School, District of Noveleta.
This is the second published book he has written.
