H.E.Edwards has been writing poetry for over two decades and several of his works have been featured in magazines and poetry anthologies. He has also won several awards for his poetry and gets his inspiration from many literary greats such as W.B.Yeats, E.E.Cummings, Nikki Giovanni, Sandra Cisneros, Langston Hughes, Rita Dove, Rudyard Kipling, Emily Dickinson, Sylvia Plath, and Robert Frost.
