About the Book
Telling stories about our lives has been done since the beginning of time. In the beginning it was etched on cave walls or written on stone. Now, we can tell our story with pictures and the written word. All of us have a story to tell. All of us have a legacy to share.
I have chosen to share a story for my grandchildren. It is the story of the famous Mayflower adventure in 1620. In particular, their great-grandfather, John Howland as told from William Bradford's, "Of Plimouth Plantation." from 1620-1647.
His legacy begins with his indentured servanthood for John Carver aboard the Mayflower. Included in this adventure as William Bradford recorded, his falling overboard during a fierce storm while sailing on the Mayflower.
