About the Book

This book i have written so young children can understand what healthy eating is. In this world there are very few places you can to buy a book to teach your children about healthy eating. Children should be learning about fats, proteins, minerals, water, carbohydrates and Vitamins from a young age. You are probably thinking how can i explain them to my children though. Here is the thing i am going to create a book so you can teach your children about them all in ways that they are going to understand the text. Using words with large letters can start to confuse the child there for you need to use simple and easy to recognise language. With the language you are using you should use images as the images are going to help the child to understand more how the whole system works. Using diagrams and a "pizza" known as the plate where you should have portion sizes. It is called the pizza as it is cut into slices like a pizza.
