John's origins have previously been shrouded in lore and conflicted opinions, creating a need for research based upon source documents and facts. This book will not answer every question about John and Sarah, but it will give the Edison genealogist a new platform of facts and findings from which to continue their investigation.

The authors are four genealogists who for the past 10 years have been collaborating and sharing their respective findings regarding the origins of John Edeson the loyalist.
The book was compiled and edited by David Addison, a retired professor from the State University of New York.
