About the Book
This book is a collection of journal entries from our Kindness website: kindness.pbworks.com. Each week, we learn about a new way to show kindness to ourselves, others, or the Earth. Students keep a personal journal in class, as well as type their journal entries on our online blog. About twice a month, students illustrate some of the pictures using the Kidpix software.

About Author
Grace Yu has been an elementary school teacher since 2002. She loves to play the piano and sing with her students. In her spare time, Grace is actively involved in a hip hop dance ministry called Eight Count. She also practices yoga and teaches group fitness classes at her local gym. In addition, Grace enjoys snowboarding, eating, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. She believes in showing kindness and giving people hope.
