About Author
I have a Peruvian and Italian background so I love making a lot of Peruvian dishes and meals with pasta. My husband is from the east coast so I enjoy making his seafood dishes as well. As a mother of two boys, I do not always have a lot of time, so like any mom I have my quick go-to meals and snacks. I am not a strict healthy eater but I do tend to keep my meals healthy if I can; not a lot of bread nor salt. Anyone can cook you just need to have fun with it. The world is rigid enough, the family table is where you can enjoy cooking and eating, because we all just want to spend the rest of our lives loving and laughing.
