I teach K-12 Art in addition to Yearbook at Lubbock Christian School, in Lubbock Texas. I love teaching all levels! This is my 3rd year as an Eagle and I am basically loving every minute of it. Throughout the 2019-2020 academic year, and hopefully for the next 3 years my family is housing Bob our 15 year old foreign exchange son from China. I am also expecting a baby girl in July 2020! Teaching while being a young mother can be a whirlwind of experiences and it is challenging trying to balance everything. I am currently pursuing my masters degree through York college in hopes of teaching at the collegiate level. So far I have learned the importance of scheduling, making family time, and ultimately putting God first. My most recent course of study GRS5361 Learning Through Technology Online, has taught me the importance of integrating technology into my classroom setting & ways to properly do so. Please join me in sharing this journey with others.
