While writing letters to those who have passed away or who have done wrong can be a personal and therapeutic practice, it's important to remember that there is no right or wrong way to grieve or react. Different people have different ways of coping with loss and frustration, and writing letters is just one of many valuable tools for emotional processing and communication. Keep it, burn it, mail it, whatever makes you feel most comfortable but remember, we write our letters to heal and move on.
