Being in a family of semi drivers is not easy, especially after the loss of their father, Mike Paradiso. Gavin and his three brothers must now attempt to find closure with their past, exposing dark family secrets along the way. Despite being the youngest out of the three, Gavin takes charge of the family business as well as addressing old sources of conflict. Gavin encourages togetherness rather than escaping behind the wheel. Can he pull his family back together again or will the family business continue to pull them apart?

Maggie Perry is a published poet. Her first work appears in The Vehicle Literary Magazine and was awarded the Winnie Davis Neely Memorial Award for best poetry.
Originally Maggie Perry wanted to be an English major, but graduated Eastern Illinois University with her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and her Master's Degree in Counseling. Today she is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. She found that she was interested in psychological development as well as the literary devices used to convey characters.
Today, she pursues her aspirations, reading and writing avidly, looking for her next psychological portrayal.
