Trying to figure out what to believe. People say one thing and do another, can you trust anyone?

I am a teenager who is struggling to live in this crazy world. I go through things in my life many people my age shouldnt have to go through. Ive had a lot of dissappointments and pain in my life, but I use this to help others who are going through some of the same things Ive already been through.
