I really be cooking in my kitchen! An at this point in my life I am eating more healthier, with fresh produce, herbs and maybe so spices. it's more healthy and beneficial to my body and I hope and benefits your body as well. I just wanted to create something that brought me to a happy place when I had a lot on my my mind so I looked to my kitchen. Through the pandemic 2020-2021-2022 I taped into my kitchen skills over the stove. As a young girl I would watch my (fry chicken) that was her favorite finger food. My mother cooked for my sibling and I but I was too little to actually be in the kitchen. I'll watch from the kitchen table, then some times my father would do his thing in the kitchen after he came from fishing with my uncle's. My father love to clean his catfish then fry it in cornmeal. As i grew and got older and stared to be around my Grandmother more she would say weezzya ''come in this kitchen baby to help prep the food or just watch so I did just that. As a teenager I still I was trying to get the hang of it, As a young Adult I still didn't quite have it down packed. I knew how to cook enough to get me and my daughter's bye. Now let's fast forward to today I am 43 years of age and it 2022.
