Young Olivia Waller, one of the very few mermaids left of the sea, has been captured by sailors.
“Cut her tail off” the captain says. “Take it’s power. Then bring the body to the hospital to keep it alive”
But unexpectedly Olivia is haunted by her memories at sea.
