This is a collection of recipes that my mom had collected throught out her life. Some she used over and over again and some she just thought they sounded good and kept. I have fond memories of her starting the nightly supper at 4:00 pm so that everything would be ready for dad when he got home from work. How the smell that flowed though out the house made it a warm and pleasent place to be. I have used all the recipes that she had collected and it brings back those good old days when I was growing up.
These recipes have been copied the way she had written them down in her recipe book.

Born on December 6, 1961 to J.D. and Wilma Ratcliff in Cleveland, (Bradley Co.) Tennessee.
I was the youngest of four children. I grow up during the 60's and 70's when the days seemed like months. During this time I remember fondly how my mom would start cooking at 4:00 pm so that supper would be ready for my dad when he got home I know have three grow children who often use the recipes that their grandmother used. Bringing back the memories of their grandmother.
