This is a collection of recipes that my mom had collected throught out her life. Some she used over and over again and some she just thought they sounded good and kept. I have fond memories of her starting the nightly supper at 4:00 pm so that everything would be ready for dad when he got home from work. How the smell that flowed though out the house made it a warm and pleasent place to be. I have used all the recipes that she had collected and it brings back those good old days when I was growing up.

Born on December 6, 1961 to J.D. and Wilma Ratcliff in Cleveland, (Bradley Co.) Tennessee.
I was the youngest of four children. I grow up during the 60's and 70's when the days seemed like months. During this time I remember fondly how my mom would start cooking at 4:00 pm so that supper would be ready for my dad when he got home I know have three grow children who often use the recipes that their grandmother used.
