This book is a collection of poems old and new, as well as some fiction and non-fiction pieces. It will be great to get this book in print!

Patrick Mathias is the author of From London to Midlothian, Baby Steps, Hunting With Amazing Grace, Notes From the Northwoods, God Shapes Playdough and Other Simple Things, Grossmutti Gedichte, and other books.
Mathias was born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, then moved with his family to Palos Park, Illinois. After attending Moraine Valley Community College in nearby Palos Hills, he moved to Mankato, Minnesota where he earned his BA and MA in English/Creative Writing.
For the past twenty three years, Mathias has taught writing at Itasca Community College in Grand Rapids, Minnesota where he also serves as faculty advisor for Campus Crusade for Christ.
Mathias also works as a free-lance technical writer, customized trainer, and as a personal writing coach. Patrick and his wife Julie live in the Grand Rapids area with their three children. They enjoy camping, hunting, fishing and canoeing in the great outdoors.
