About Author
Robert G. Finney, Ph.D. is an Emeritus Professor at California State University, Long Beach and a retired United States Navy Captain. Additionally, he is a tenor saxophonist and leader of his own jazz band called Scarlett and Dr. Bob Finney Jazz Group. He resides in Long Beach, California with his wife Scarlett and is the father of six children from his previous marriage.
