Trach Davis is an autistic teacher. She is contributing to autism awareness by sharing her experiences as a K-2 autistic teacher. Trach became an autistic teacher because she realizes how her education has given her endless opportunities, and she wanted to help empower other students in the same way. As an autistic teacher you learn just how much is at stake with our education system today: for example, if you seen one autistic child you seen one autistic child. Trach is offering ways for parents, teachers, and staff, ways to educate their child and other children around them about autism. Trach’s goals is to help students reach their full potential by closing the achievement gap—once and for all.
