I am a retired art teacher from the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, as of 2010. I have always loved reading and indulge in a variety of reading styles. During my teaching career I incorporated many themes from story books into my art lessons. I have taken writing classes through mail courses and of course as part of my education. I was a certified reading specialist as well.
I have always wanted to write a childrens' book, not necessarily for profit, but to be able to share my thoughts and creativity with others who enjoy the art of writing and reading leisure.
