Growing up in a single parent home she was exposed to the military lifestyle. At age 14 she told her mother she was going to join the Air Force and at age 17 she signed her first enlistment contract. Even though she was no stranger to the military customs she surely wasn't prepared to face the drama that awaited for her the moment she stepped into basic training.
