This book is composed of many recipes. The majority are my own creations, some borrowed with slight adjustments & some I just had to use because I like them a lot.
The main reason for this book is to keep everything organized & easy to get to.
Just a self-taught person who enjoys the kitchen. I grew up working in a restaurant. I watched and listened to many different people throughout the years.
I was given the opportunity to help out some friends when they opened a restaurant. I loved developing my recipes and hearing the praise from the numerous customers.
One day I will have my own place, but for now I just cook for pleasure.
