My name is Christopher "CJ" Dube. I am 21 years old and a culinary arts major at Johnson & Wales University. Food is my passion and my goal with this cookbook was to display that passion to the public. All of the recipes in "Pasta, Sauce and Cheese: The Perfect Combination" are my favorite personal Italian-American recipes. I have used these recipes over the years to please my family and friends.
