On little Piper Comb's latest adventure her and her father, Craig, do not travel far at all. In fact, they never leave the front yard. The two of them like to play a game where her father says a word, and little Piper must respond back to that word with a word that rhymes with what her father said. Sometimes they go on for quite a while playing this game, but other times it is short lived because some words are simply hard to rhyme. Piper learns that sometimes the same word can have two different spellings, and mean different things. She is quite certain that armed with this knowledge she will take her rhyming game to the next level, but is there any way that she could possibly beat her father at his own game?

Craig Combs II is the proud father of little Piper Izabella Combs, who never ceases to amaze him. They live in his hometown of Gaylord, MI, and Craig is always trying to teach Piper about some of the things that he learned about growing up in northern Michigan, like fishing and skiing. Sometimes the two of them never even leave the house for the entire day, and Craig takes these days to try and teach her about some of the not so glamorous lessons he hopes that she will one day learn, such as the importance of school and grammar.
