This Book is true to my own experience through my life.It has been written to help those going through similar happenings in there own life, its there to help family and friends of victims to understand why, what, how and when and essentially the end goal is to be there for others who just need someone to talk to.. This book is not just here to be read and put down i will be here for anyone that wants to comment with there own experiences or even if they disagree no answer is wrong as we all deal with things different and see things different its about helping people who do not know where to go or feel they are alone in the world as from my own experiences it can be very lonely out there, you can feel ashamed or feel like you cant tell loved ones. I hope this book helps reach and save people.

My Name is Sasha Minto and i am 37 years old i have 2 children 16 and 8 and pregnant with my third child. I am writing this book as i have been through a lot in my life from domestic violence to drugs misuse and loosing close people in my life. A lot of it i had to deal with on my own and it was a very hard journey to live sometimes i look and think how the hell did i get through that.i remember sitting there saying to myself as i watched others go through things in their lives ill never do that, ill never go through that but believe me i learnt my lesson NEVER SAY NEVER also DO NOT JUDGE PEOPLE. It has taken me a long time and lots of mistakes to get where i am today but im hoping i can reach out to people by doing this even if i reach out to 1 in 10 people i have managed to achieve what i set out to do
