This book documents my exploration of the Human Form. By reducing the images to recognizable parts, such as the Heart, Head and Limbs. Then reconstructing the form to create a painted work of Art.

Author was born and raised in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. He attended Art School at Swain School of Design in New Bedford, MA.(1988) and Recieved His Graduate Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst(1991). Michael has taught at the Univ. of MA. at Amherst, The Ridgehaven Art Institute, and the Interlaken School of Art, among other locations. Michael has exhibited his Artwork widely since the early 80's. His work is in private collections from Maine to Florida.
