Messages from the author:

This eBook is to be used as the textbook for the National Assocation for Regulatory Administration's Licensing Curriculum. It will provide an overview of regulatory compliance, licensing measurement, monitoring systems, and regulatory science.

It is a compilation of research and theories over a 50-year time period. It combines articles, abstracts, reports, studies, and presentations completed during this time period. The real advantage is that this book puts all this research into one place.
