Dr. Sherwin Jay Prado Palaspas is currently a Senior High School Master Teacher II of San Nicolas National High School, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

He graduated Cum Laude with the degree Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Chemistry at the Mariano Marcos State University- College of Teacher Education, finished his Master of Arts in Education major in General Science and Doctor in Education major in Educational Management at the Northwestern University’s Vedasto J. Samonte School of Graduate Studies.

He is an award-winning research coach, seasoned speaker in research forums and seminars, and a foreign language teacher in Mandarin.
