Josie is not a regular girl. When she touches things she can freeze them. When she hugs her father, he freezes. When her mother disappears she and her brother are left to live with her Aunt. People at school do not like her or her brother. In fact, they call them odd. Even worse, there is this rumor about evil creatures. Can Josie and her brother help save their town?
