Dear Chef(s),
I have always enjoyed food and kept it as a part of my culture and life. Although I was urged to make a cook book as a school project, I have made it my own project as well and having fun doing it as well. During the making of the cookbook I have found a couple of family recipes and other desserts I found interesting. All recipes should be simple and have a few ingredients so, it shouldn’t be very complicated to make. Most recipes as said are simple so they could be done with children so they have a fun educational view to it as well. One recipe I enjoyed personally when making a test recipe was the Banana Halwa because it a cultural recipe that I make with my mother every August for a family celebration called Onam which is the celebration of giving thanks to King Mahabali. That celebration is kind of like thanksgiving if you want to learn more about it I will have a page on it near the end of the book. I have enjoyed creating this cook book and I hope that you will enjoy making these recipes. So what are you waiting for, go explore the world of desserts.
Sincerely,Ashley Sabu
