This is to help children with juvenile diabetes to know that diabetes is universal and it happens to dogs, too. This is based on a true story, my dog had diabetes and was treated just like a human with medicine. Kids with this sickness need to know it's okay to be sick and there are ways to improve your health and form good habits.
