In 2021, a new president makes a law that no one shall watch any show meant for the opposite sex. If they find anyone breaking this law, they're sentenced to hanging. When Billy Boxcar, a 15 year old boy, finds out that there's still a group of living people watching a show for girls, he decides to join. But when he does, will he survive attempted murder, chases and kidnapping?
