Three years after her father died, twenty years after her mother began searching for something hidden beneath his remains, Guinevere Turrell found out why her father was killed. She discovered what her mother was seeking. But it was all an accident. (This fairly large city is crowded. It stands at the edge of a desert and is mainly constructed of red stone. It is defended by complex machinery, and its most noteworthy feature is the ruinous tax rate.)

Let me start out with the words you may hear every day: Don't give up. On anything, honestly. One time, I sat in the car for almost nine hours on a trip to North Carolina and taught myself to whistle. Seriously.
But, I doubt you care. What you may actually care about is that I'm going to start hosting a writing contest every month, or at least I'll try to. No, I won't have million dollar prizes, but I'll come up with SOMETHING :) This month's theme is... I can't tell you YET!! xD
Can anyone tell me how to comment on books and reading room topics? The update got me all confused >_< Thanks!
Songs that fit this book:
Who I Am Hates Who I've Been- Relient K
Fall Away- The Fray

This book could be mistaken as the makings of a villain. But in reality, it's so much more. What was her mother seeking? How come fits of frustration overcome her after a long day? You'll just have to step into the world of Guinevere Turrell...
