Set in a dystopian future where the ruins of a once-great nation, the United States, lie in collapse, the world descends into anarchy, resulting in chaos and disorder within the societal structure. The underlying causes of the trouble are attributed to the rebel forces, intent on inciting revolt through violent and chaotic actions.

In 2038, numerous cities, including Los Angeles, have become plagued by violence, with law enforcement being overwhelmed by murderous rioters engaging in looting and inter-factional fighting. Meanwhile, the S.C.A.R.S. DELTA team is sent to restore law and order. After learning that the BRAVO team had vanished, five remaining DELTA survivors, David Holiday, TJ Smits, Jimmy Rayne, Mason Mueller, and Robert Easker are forced to fight for survival and eliminate threats around them.
