This story was created by efforts from my first grade class and myself as we imagined their daily lives without any rules. By dreaming about the crazy things that would go on, student began to realize that it would not be all fun and games. Sometimes, the consequences out weigh the fun that could be had without any rules.

I have taught in a small rural school for the past 13 years. I taught preschool, fourth grade and I now teach first graders. I love my profession and the students in my class are always inspiring new ideas. This year's class really enjoyed working collaboratively on this book in a whole group setting. I was really proud at the solutions they had to the conflicts that arose in our book as we worked together in the telling of this story.
