The Inspirational Motivator, desires to be the "change" she wished to see and dedicated her life/spare time to follow her heart the encompass: motivational writing and mentoring women and girls.
She is the President and Founder of Sisters Inspiring Sisters Incorporated (SIS); a self-established non-profit grassroot from April 2005.
The vision to give back and serve derived from a lack of unity and harmony resulting in self esteem inadequacies and related traumas to include mental health.
Alvergia aka The Inspirational Motivator has created an array of outreach initiatives to aid in the development of a refined woman/young lady and has built rapport and partnerships throughout the world with those who believe in her vision including: Jamaica and West Africa. Her dream is to develop a rewarding "writing to cope" mission that will create successful roads to recovery.
