I am a lover of All things Jesus Christ but I am also a wife, mother to two beautiful children, pre-school teacher, and lastly a full-time student. Maria "Mara" Cortes came from Puerto Rico at the age of 3. She was born and raised in Newark, NJ and mother of two children. Mara gave her life to Christ in 2006. As she was attending college, she was lead to start writing and wanted to help others, especially women.
