About the Book

What is community? In an era of big, impersonal systems, the promise of personal fulfillment is often broken. In Toquerville's New Commonwealth School, one homeschooling family finds out how they can be the change they want to see in the world and create much-needed connections to cross the generation gap and enrich the lives of everyone in their community.

We hope that in these pages, you will find courage and inspiration to build up your local community, starting with your own neighborhood.
