This book is about many different things that can help girls who are struggling. It can help them know what to do when they have struggles that they don't know how to understand or handle because we all have struggles and all of us deserve to know what to do.

I have been wanting to be helping people in the world who have struggles and don't know how to handle them because I had struggles and I didn't know how to handle them and I want everyone to be able to have help in whatever they may struggle within this world.
